Former Miss Polonia, Ewa Jakubiec, has been officially appointed Miss International Poland 2024 and will head to Miss International 2024. The 27-year-old was the winner of Miss Polonia 2023 who went on to represent Poland at Miss Earth 2023 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam last December. Ewa is a model and certified nurse from a small town in the Opole region. She recently graduated from the University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw with a degree in public health. This year's Miss International pageant, the 62nd edition, will take place this November at the Tokyo Dome City Hall in Tokyo, Japan. Kasandra Zawal was crowned Miss Polski 2024 (Miss Poland) on Friday, June 5 at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz. The 28-year-old talented singer and journalist from Bierzglinka in the province of Wielkopolska bested over 30 other finalists to win the national title. She succeeds last year's winner Angelika Jurkowianiec and is now expected to represent Poland at Miss Universe 2024 in Mexico later this year. Weronika Kietlińska was named first runner-up, while Zuzanna Śladowska, Zuzanna Balonek, and Karolina Grabowska were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Maja Klajda was crowned Miss Polonia 2024 (Miss Poland) in a glittering national competition held on Friday, June 28 in Warsaw. The 21-year-old psychology student hailing from Łęczna in the Lublin province succeeds last year's winner Ewa Jakubiec and is now expected to represent Poland at the 72nd Miss World. Agata Kwiecień and Emily Reng were the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Laura Brzezińska and Aleksandra Wielogórska rounded out the Top 5 finalists. This year's competition marked the 95th edition of the annual Miss Polonia pageant. A total of 24 finalists were selected to take part in the event. Former Miss World Karolina Bielawska of Poland and reigning Miss Earth Drita Ziri of Albania were part of the distinguished panel of judges. The Miss Polonia organization is also licensed to send Polish representatives to Miss Earth, Miss Grand International, Miss Charm, and Miss Intercontinental. The semifinal round of Miss Polski 2024 (Miss Poland 2024) took place on Friday, April 26 at Hotel Kolumna Park in Przygoń. From 59 semifinalists, only 32 beauties (two from each region) have been selected to move on to the final competition to be held this July. The next Miss Polski, to be crowned by last year's titleholder  Angelika Jurkowianiec , is expected to represent Poland at Miss Universe 2024 and/or Miss Supranational 2025. Poland's Aleksandra Klepaczka was crowned Reina Internacional del Cafe 2024 (International Coffee Queen) on Saturday, January 13 at the Centro Cultural y de Convenciones Teatro Fundadores in Manizales, Colombia. The 24-year-old bested over 20 other contestants to win the international title for the first time for her country. She succeeds last year's winner Isabella Bermúdez Nieto of Colombia. Manuella Parent of France was named Virreina Internacional del Cafe 2024 while Maria Karla Vilches of Cuba, Lola Wilson of Spain, and Karla Rivas of Mexico were the first, second, and third princesses, respectively. Ewa, a certified nurse with a specialization in anesthesiology and currently studying public health, was crowned Miss Polonia 2023 last June at the Nosalowy Dwór Resort & Spa in Zakopane. Hailing from the Opole region, the 26-year-old beauty is also a volunteer and the ambassador for various charities and health-related causes in her country. Kornelia Gołębiewska was officially announced on Thursday, October 5 by the Miss Polonia organization as Miss Grand Poland 2023. The 23-year-old beauty was named the second runner-up during the Miss Polonia 2023 final show held at the Nosalowy Dwór Resort & Spa in Zakopane last June. Angelika Jurkowianiec was crowned Miss Polski 2023 in a glittering competition held on Sunday, July 16 at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz. The 26-year-old model, medical analysis student, and dental clinic employee from the province of Opolskie bested 31 other competitors to win the national title. She is now expected to represent Poland at Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador. Julia Marcinkowska was named first runner-up while Dominika Staniaszek, Patrycja Jarocka, and Martyna Rurańska were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Last year's winner who relinquished her reign at the end of the event, Aleksandra Klepaczka, participated in Miss Universe 2022 last January, and on Saturday in Miss Supranational 2023 where she placed in the Top 24. The 26-year-old model and certified nurse hails from a small town in the Opole region and currently lives in Wrocław. She is now expected to represent Poland at Miss World 2024. Following rounds of casting, a total of 32 finalists from 16 Polish provinces have been chosen to compete for the title of Miss Polski 2023 (Miss Poland 2023). They will undergo training and preparations leading up to the national final on July 16 at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz, Małopolska. Aleksandra Klepaczka, last year's winner who participated in Miss Universe 2022 and will soon take part in Miss Supranational 2023, will crown her successor at the end of the event.
