Miss Shqiperia (Miss Albania) 2024, the 26th edition of the national competition, was held on Friday, June 7 at Peqin Castle in Peqin, Albania. The national title went to Klea Llagonia and she will represent Albania at The Miss Globe 2024 this autumn in Tirana. She succeeds last year's winner Sonia Sallaku. Eneida Muçaj and Rebecca Cani were announced as the first and second runners-up, respectively. Three more national titles were up for grabs at last night's event. Xhesika Pengili clinched the Miss Earth Albania 2024 crown and she will head to Asia later this year for Miss Earth 2024. Desara Hatija was named Miss International Albania 2024 and will go to Miss International 2024 in Tokyo, Japan this November. Miss Supranational Organization made an announcement on Monday, July 3 that Miss Supranational Albania Klara Musabelliu decided to withdraw from the competition due to personal reasons. In a post on social media, Klara shared: "Unfortunately I decide to withdraw from the Miss Supranational experience. I tried to do my best and I forced myself until my body started giving me signals to tell me that it had reached the limit." "I’m very sad about this, I didn’t want things to go in this way I wanted to make my country and my family proud but I realized that there are more important things I have to think about now," she added. The Albanian beauty also went on to thank the pageant organizers for taking care of her and for the magical few days of her stay in Poland. "We support her decision completely and understand that life is more important than anything else," the organization also posted on its official social media pages. "We send you off with sadnes
