Miss Universe Cambodia 2024 is Davin Prasath

Davin Prasath was crowned Miss Universe Cambodia 2024 in a glittering national competition held on Thursday, August 29 in Phnom Penh. The 33-year-old model, actress, and philanthropist succeeds last year's winner John Sotima, and will now prepare to represent Cambodia at Miss Universe 2024 in Mexico this November. No stranger to pageantry, she previously joined the Universal Woman 2024 pageant last March and finished as third runner-up. The new Miss Universe Cambodia made history as the first-ever married woman and mother to win the national title. She is also the oldest contestant from Cambodia to compete in Miss Universe since the Miss Universe Organization abolished age limits. Miss Universe Cambodia 2023 is John Sotima

John Sotima was crowned Miss Universe Cambodia 2023 on Thursday, September 7 at Bayon TV Steung Meanchey Studio in Phnom Penh. The 23-year-old beauty representing Kampong Cham bested over 30 other competitors to win the national title. She will now prepare to represent Cambodia at Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador this coming November. Sai Fhon of Phnom Penh was announced as the first runner-up while Vannak Bormey of Svay Rieng, Channa Pisey of Battambang, and Kolianne Mailfait of Prey Veng were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. The new Miss Universe Cambodia is no stranger to pageantry as she has already joined the national pageant in 2019 and placed second runner-up. She was then named Miss Tourism Cambodia and went on to compete in Miss Tourism International 2019 in Malaysia where she was awarded the title Dreamgirl of the Year International. Following their interviews, 35 contestants vying for Miss Universe Cambodia 2023 officially received their sashes on Thursday's opening ceremony held in Phnom Penh. Miss Universe Cambodia 2023 kicks off in Phnom Penh

Miss Universe Cambodia 2023 officially kicked off with the opening ceremony held on Thursday, July 27 at Bayon TV Steung Meanchey Studio in Phnom Penh. Thirty-five contestants who were chosen following an interview round also received their official sashes with the name of the Cambodian provinces they represent during the glittering show hosted by Leak Monyanita, Vorn Sela, and Kim Anna. Three important events will be held this August — the swimsuit competition (August 24), the national costume (August 28), and the preliminary (August 30). The much-awaited final and coronation night is set for September 7. At the culmination of this year's pageant, one contestant will walk away with a new crown inspired by Banteay Srei temple and the opportunity to represent Cambodia at Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador. Cambodia's Manita Hang is in the Philippines to train for Miss Universe

Miss Universe Cambodia 2022 Manita Hang arrived in Manila, the Philippines on Wednesday, September 7 to train for the 71st Miss Universe pageant. The Cambodian-French beauty, who also just celebrated her 24th birthday, was accompanied by her national director Romyr Libo-on and her mother. When asked by Missosology about her impression of the Philippines so far, she said: "So far, well, it's big! It's different from Cambodia but we can see that it's still in Asia though, and it's really, well, different and I'm really excited to see a lot more of the country." Manita Hang bested 19 other contestants to be crowned Miss Universe Cambodia 2022 in a glittering competition held in Phnom Penh on Wednesday, June 15. The 23-year-old beauty, who holds a degree in accounting and finance, was born to a French father and a Cambodian mother. She succeeds last year's winner Marady Ngin and will now prepare to represent Cambodia at Miss Universe 2022. Sothnisay Heng was named first runner-up while Bonika Heng finished second runner-up. Sokhavatey Ratana and Geklang Hun were the third and fourth runners-up, respectively. The new Miss Universe Cambodia took to social media to thank her supporters after winning her title. 70th Miss Universe: Contestants depart for Israel to conquer the Universe

In a few hours, over 70 beauties from across the world will arrive in Israel to compete for the coveted title of Miss Universe. Despite the current situation with the pandemic, the contestants are filled with excitement and positive energy to represent their countries on the prestigious global stage. Pre-arrival favorites are Paraguay, India, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, Thailand, Philippines, Colombia, South Africa, Argentina, France, Spain, Mexico, Vietnam, and Chile. The 70th Miss Universe (Miss Universe 2021) pageant will be held on Sunday, December 12 in the southern Israeli port and resort town, Eilat. It will air live on Fox, Telemundo, and different channels worldwide. American television presenter Steve Harvey will return as host and Israeli singer Noa Kirel will be the special guest performer. Marady Ngin was crowned Miss Universe Cambodia in a gleaming national competition held on Thursday, October 28 in Phnom Penh. The 22-year-old model, actress, and host edged out 17 other beauties to win the pageant. She succeeds Sarita Reth and will now prepare for the international Miss Universe 2021 (70th Miss Universe) pageant in Eilat, Israel this December. Neth Son and Margaret Sim were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. The new Miss Universe Cambodia shared on her social media account that winning her title "seems like a dream" and she thanked everyone who supported her from the beginning. Miss Universe Cambodia 2020 is Reth Sarita

Reth Sarita edged out 19 other contestants to win the title of Miss Universe Cambodia 2020 in a glittering competition held on Thursday, November 26 in Phnom Penh. The 25-year-old actress and model who appeared on the BBC Media Action’s TV series “Love9” and international films such as “Hex” and “The Spell” is a post-graduate international relations major at the Royal University of Laws and Economics. Chun Raksa became the first runner-up while Dy Sorakheta was the second runner-up. Neth Raksa and Suon Pisey were the third and fourth runners-up, respectively. Last year’s winner, Somnang Alyna crowned her successor who is expected to represent the Kingdom of Cambodia at the 69th Miss Universe pageant, whose date and venue are yet to be announced. Cambodia first joined the Miss Universe pageant in 2016 with Sotheary By. The country is yet to have its first successful placement at the international competition.
