Former Miss Universe Puerto Rico Madison Anderson Berrios was announced on Monday, April 24 the winner of the third season of "La Casa de los Famosos" (The House of Celebrities). The beauty queen turned celebrity placed first runner-up to South Africa's Zozibini Tunzi when she represented Puerto Rico at Miss Universe 2019 in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to Miss Universe, she was also third runner-up at Miss Grand International 2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Madison will now take home a whopping $200,000 in prize money for winning the American Spanish-language version of the reality television franchise Celebrity Big Brother. Mexican actress Patricia Navidad placed second while Mexican actor and model Pepe Gámez placed third. Former Miss Universe Zozibini Tunzi will be attending as a special guest at the grand coronation night of the Miss Universe Philippines 2023 competition. The South African beauty will be joining the reigning Miss Universe R'Bonney Gabriel who will also be present at the highly anticipated event on May 13 at the Mall of Asia (MOA) Arena in Pasay City. To recall, Zozibini was crowned Miss Universe 2019 by her predecessor Catriona Gray of the Philippines. She then became the longest-reigning Miss Universe titleholder due to the COVID-19 pandemic. R'Bonney Gabriel to attend Miss Universe Philippines 2023

Miss Universe 2022 R'Bonney Gabriel has been announced to visit the Philippines as a special guest in the upcoming Miss Universe Philippines 2023 pageant. According to the announcement made by the Miss Universe Philippines organization on Thursday, April 13 via social media, the reigning queen from Texas, USA will be joined by former titleholder, Zozibini Tunzi (Miss Universe 2019) from South Africa. Aside from the special guests, the pageant organizers also named K-pop artist Nam Woo-Hyun and American Idol runner-up Jessica Sanchez as the official guest performers. This will be the first time for R'Bonney, who was born to a Filipino father, to visit the Philippines since she was proclaimed the 71st Miss Universe in New Orleans, Louisiana last January. The contestants vying for Mexicana Universal 2023 (Miss Universe Mexico) have all been revealed via the official social media accounts of the competition. This year's pageant will be the fifth edition of Mexicana Universal — the annual search for Mexican representatives for Miss Universe and other international pageants including Miss International, Reina Hispanoamericana, and Miss Orb International. After missing five editions, Guyana will return to the prestigious Miss Universe competition as the new license holder was announced over the weekend. US-based talent acquisition leader and award-winning pageant director, Teri Brown-Walker, was officially revealed as the new national director for Miss Universe Guyana. Teri held leadership positions at various companies in the past 20 years and has accomplished awards for her involvement with several pageant systems including Miss Earth USA and Miss United States. Former Miss World contestant Fátima Cuéllar aims for Miss Universe, joins Miss El Salvador 2023 Miss World El Salvador 2017 Fátima Cuéllar has been confirmed to participate in the Miss El Salvador 2023 (Miss Universe El Salvador 2023) national pageant. The 25-year-old professional model and influencer from San Salvador represented her country at Miss World 2017 in Sanya, China where out of over 100 competitors she finished in the Top 15 — a historic first placement for El Salvador. Applications for Miss El Salvador 2023 were officially opened last month but details for the final competition have yet to be announced. The winner will compete in Miss Universe 2023 to be hosted in the country later this year. In addition to the license renewal for Miss Universe Australia, Pink Tank Events (PTE) under the directorship of Troy Barbagallo and Sophia Barbagallo has announced its acquisition of the Miss Universe New Zealand and Miss Universe Singapore. "The Pink Tank Events team is thrilled to offer young women in these regions the same opportunities our Australian finalists have enjoyed over nearly a decade via our prestigious platform," read an official statement posted on social media.
