Ivana Subeva, a 16-year-old student from Sofia, has been chosen as the official representative of Bulgaria for the 71st Miss World pageant. Apart from being a talented ballet dancer, the newly appointed Miss World Bulgaria 2023 also possesses impressive acting skills. It's worth noting that Ivana will be the youngest participant in the upcoming Miss World competition, which will take place in India. The highly anticipated final of the 71st Miss World will be held on March 9 at the prestigious Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. "No words to describe how happy I am. Having the title Miss World Bulgaria is not only a recognition but also a responsibility," Ivana shared online. "I am extremely grateful to Veneta Krasteva and the entire Bok Star Models team for their trust. I boldly declare that I will do my best to represent Bulgaria in the best way," she added. Kristiyana Yordanova was crowned Miss World Bulgaria 2022 in a competition held last Wednesday, December 7 at the Princess Casino Sofia Ramada Hotel & Spa in Sofia. The 24-year-old author and psychology and neuroscience student at the University of British Columbia will represent Bulgaria at the 71st Miss World pageant. Prior to winning her national title, she participated in the Miss World Canada 2022 pageant on November 13 and placed in the Top 15. In a post on social media, she shared how honored she feels to receive the crown and be able to represent her home country. "I was deeply affected as a child when I had to move away from everything I had ever known. I missed my roots deeply, and so being able to connect with my culture yet again so seamlessly was so beautiful and genuine," she wrote. As a mental health advocate, Kristiyana founded "Woman Squared" to use her platform for an open conversation and change the narrative about women in society. She said,

Eva Dobreva was officially announced as Miss World Bulgaria 2021 last October 28 following an online casting among 48 applicants from across the country. The 21-year-old beauty from Varna is a singer, model, actress, and award-winning performer. She succeeds Miss World Bulgaria 2019 Margo Cooper and now preparing to represent her country at the 70th Miss World pageant to be held in San Juan, Puerto Rico this December. Presently, Eva is a student at the University of Economics – Varna pursuing hotel and restaurant management studies. She speaks English and Russian fluently and enjoys various physical activities and sports such as kickboxing, karate, swimming, and tennis to keep her body fit. From a very young age, the new Miss World Bulgaria has been involved in different events volunteering and helping people in need.
