Daniela Vojtasová was crowned Miss Slovensko 2023 (Miss Slovakia 2023) in a glittering competition held on Saturday, June 24 in Bratislava. The 23-year-old student and professional dancer from Dolný Kubín bested 11 other finalists to win the national title. She is now expected to represent Slovakia at Miss World 2024. Petra Siváková from Šamorín was named first runner-up and bagged the title of EVA Miss Sympatia 2023 while Sonja Kopčanová from Banská Bystrica finished as the second runners-up. Kinga Puhová from Dunajská Streda clinched the title of Miss Universe Slovakia 2023 and will now prepare to represent her country at Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador later this year. The finalists vying for Miss Slovensko 2023 (Miss Slovakia) were officially revealed last Tuesday, February 7 at DoubleTree by Hilton Bratislava. From hundreds of applicants, a total of 12 beauties were chosen by an esteemed panel of judges consisting of national director Michael Kováčik, Miss Slovensko 2021 Sophia Hrivňáková, stylist Alex Lindov, and photographer Lukáš Kimlička to name a few. In the next few months, the finalists will go through training sessions, workshops, and preparations including trips to exciting locations in the country and abroad, leading up to the final that will air on TV JOJ next June. Prizes for the winner include a contract with LGM Production, a luxury apartment from Proxenta, and a car (DS 4) during her reign, plus a holiday trip for two to Senegal courtesy of Hydrotour. The next Miss Slovensko is expected to represent the Slovak Republic at Miss World while the runners-up will have the opportunity to compete in Miss International, Miss Intercontinental

Sophia Hrivňáková bested 11 other finalists to be crowned Miss Slovensko 2021 on Saturday, August 7 in Bratislava. The 21-year-old pharmacy student and dancer from Banská Štiavnica succeeds Leona Novoberdaliu. She is expected to represent Slovakia at the Miss World 2022 pageant. Sylvia Šulíková and Jana Vozárová were the first and second runners-up, respectively. They will be sent to Miss International and Miss Supranational competitions.
