Miss Billings, Shelby Dangerfield was crowned Miss Montana USA 2024 during the state final on Sunday, June 16 at the Petro Theater on the Montana State University-Billings campus. The 30-year-old, born and raised in Billings, Montana, succeeds last year's winner Madyson Rigg. "Montana I am so proud to represent our values and our work ethic in preparation for Miss USA," she wrote online after winning her title. She added: "I know this season of preparation is going to go by so fast, however I'm thrilled for it and for year ahead. Excitement and gratitude are two of my greatest emotions right now." Shelby holds a degree in musical theater from Coastal Carolina University. She is currently working as a commercial insurance advisor in an insurance agency in her home state. The new Miss Montana USA will now prepare to represent "The Treasure State" at the Miss USA 2024 pageant in Hollywood, California this August. View this post on Instagram

Miss Glacier, Madyson Rigg was crowned Miss Montana USA 2023 in a state final held last Sunday, May 7 at the Fergus Center for Performing Arts in Lewistown. The 27-year-old marketing manager from Kalispell is a former Miss Montana Teen USA winner. She will now represent Montana at Miss USA 2023 in Reno, Nevada on a date yet to be announced. "Speechless.
