The new Miss World Somalia holds a degree in aviation and airport management and is passionate about global opportunities and cultural exchange. As the founder of the Female Initiative Foundation, she is a dedicated activist against Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), using her platform to protect and empower young girls. Beyond advocacy, Zainab enjoys football, modeling, and poetry. No stranger to pageantry, she has previously joined the Miss Global 2023 pageant in Vietnam where she made the Top 13. Miss Botswana 2025 is Ruth Thomas from Masunga

Ruth Thomas was crowned Miss Botswana 2025 (Miss World Bostwana) on Saturday, March 22 at The Grand Palm Hotel Casino Convention Resort in Gaborone. The 24-year-old clothing and textile design graduate from the village of Masunga bested nine other finalists to win the national title. She succeeds last year's winner Anicia Gaothusi from Tutume and is expected to represent Botswana at the 73rd Miss World competition. Her predecessor who was crowned a year ago will head to the upcoming 72nd Miss World in Hyderabad, India this May. The new Miss World Botswana works as a beauty advisor and is also a model and poet. Agathe Cauet to represent France at the 72nd Miss World

Former Miss Nord-Pas-de-Calais and Miss France 2023 first runner-up Agathe Cauet was announced on Monday, March 10 as Miss World France 2025. The 26-year-old former nurse was first runner-up to Miss France 2023 Indira Ampiot of Guadeloupe at the national pageant in Châteauroux. Agathe will now prepare to represent France at the 72nd Miss World this May in India. She succeeds Clémence Botino who went to the 71st Miss World, also in India, and placed in the Top 40 among 112 contestants. Nguyen Dinh Nhu Van from Vietnam was crowned Miss Global 2025 on Sunday, March 9 at the MCC Hall, The Mall Lifestore Ngamwongwan in Nonthaburi, Thailand. The 33-year-old model hailing from Lam Dong province bested over 60 other contestants to become the first Vietnamese representative to win the international beauty title. Keri-Ann Greenwood of Jamaica was named first runner-up while Ediris Rivera of Puerto Rico, Lindsay Lauren Becker of the USA, and Xena Ramos of the Philippines were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Maria Gabriela Lacerda, representing the state of Piauí, was crowned Miss Universe Brazil 2025 on Thursday, February 13 in Alphaville, São Paulo. The 22-year-old journalist bested 23 other contestants to win the beauty title. She received her crown from Brazil's first Miss Universe winner, Miss Universe 1963 Ieda Maria Vargas. Dia Maté of the Philippines was crowned Reina Hispanoamericana 2025 on Sunday, February 9 at the Salón Sirionó, Fexpocruz in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. The 23-year-old singer-songwriter from Cavite became the second Filipina to win the international pageant next to Teresita Ssen Marquez who won in 2017. She also bagged the Best in National Costume award. Her costume "Banaag" by Ehrran Montoya was inspired by her country's baroque churches recognized in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
